Activity Plan

Phase 1 — Delhi Traffic Rerouting (02:00–03:00 AM)
• Traffic rerouted from Delhi through international routes to minimize downtime.
• Port migration and MAC unbinding performed at Extreme IX.

Phase 2 — Yotta DC Switch Upgrade (03:00–04:00 AM)
• Core switching fabric upgrade at Yotta Data Center.
• Implementation of new routing and resiliency systems.
• Connectivity between Yotta and other DCs to MPLS Core Switch will be upgraded.

Expected Impact
Our engineering team will make every effort to avoid downtime for both domestic and international traffic.
Short interruptions (a few minutes) may occur during Yotta DC migration.
Sify, Web Werks, and CtrlS data centers will remain operational, though minor latency or temporary load variations may occur.
Customer Impact Summary
Cloud Compute (Yotta): Services may experience temporary slow speed during upgrade, but no complete outage is expected.
S3 Object Storage (Yotta): Fully operational — no impact anticipated.
Network Partners: Minor connectivity fluctuations may occur during traffic rerouting and link adjustments.
Peering Partners: Temporary disconnection may occur over Extreme IX during switching activity. Routes will automatically fail over to NIXI Delhi.
Infrastructure Upgrade: Core MPLS network and inter-DC connectivity are being upgraded to improve redundancy and performance.
